Kevin is a former collegiate level athlete who studied at Lubbock Christian University! In addition, he studied Exercise, Sports, and Sciences at Texas Tech University.

He was first introduced to the world of training at Texas Tech Recreation Center. Not only did he get accredited through “Action Personal Training”, but he has also completed the program design at “KILO Strength” in 2019.

Kevin has over 10 years of training experience. Best of all, he has been part of the VIVE family since 2017!

VIVE Personal Training moved their elite personal training base to a new space on Greenville Avenue, and we’d like to invite you to a preview of their new facility on Saturday, April 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
 
The new location will be located on the first floor of the Energy Square Building at 4925 Greenville Ave, Suite 108 Dallas, TX 75206. The public preview of the space will not only preview the gym, but also feature:

Juices by The Juice Bar

B-12 shots by Formula Wellness

Beats by Prophesy Music

Merchandise by VIVE and Jubilee Apparel, available for purchase

A monogram artist will also be at the event customizing purchased goods

 
Guests are welcome to come and go as they please and bring their friends to tour the new facility. There will be discounted packages and a raffle where a lucky attendee will have the chance to win VIVE swag, a free semi-private personal training session, dal.labs products, a Formula Wellness service, and a Jubilee Apparel item.

Adaptations Occur During Recovery

Core Training EVERYONE needs a strong abdominal w Core Training

EVERYONE needs a strong abdominal wall to stabilize the trunk during walking, help maintain proper function of organs in the abdominal region, and to prevent an abdominal hernia which can occur during heavy lifting from increased abdominal pressure (extreme).

Isometric, flexion, and rotational exercises to target the rectus abdominis, oblique, and internal abdominis should ALL be included at some point during a training program.

To help bulletproof your back don’t forget about strengthening spinal erector muscles abs short, deep muscles of the low back (epaxial muscles). Incline back extension and horizontal back extension are great, simple exercises to start with.
